I am particualrly excited about Google+ communities where I have found some real, meaningful interactions taking place. Fortuantely or otherwise, LinkedIn seems to be losing grip on one of its most attractive features – LinkedIn Groups.

Most LinkedIn Groups have become a platform for senseless self-promotion and spam and there seems to be little control over what goes onto these discussion boards. As a result real discussions are getting lost in a crowd of promotional links and unrelated content. LinkedIn’s loss is Google’s gain.
