Can’t agree more especially with the first and the last points, although there are probably 10 other reasons one can come up with, but that’s for another post.
Yes, it’s not just about putting out pics and vids of everything you’ve got in your kitty, but sending out the message that here’s a fantastic opportunity to communicate with the brand. Ask questions and we’ll reply, make requests and we’ll go out of our way to help you out – atleast that’s the impression that should go out.
Secondly, how can online marketers ignore that collosal G word in Google +! And guys, do read Dave’s article. That’s what I am doing right after I post this. If I like it I’ll post it here, too.
